METROPOLIYA is a combination of business, new technologies and a unique environmental area:

The METROPOL Group, one of Russia’s major industrial investment companies, launches a new major real estate development project. The new ultra-modern business district METROPOLIYA will appear 3 km far from Moscow centre at the intersection of two highways in only 7-8 years.

METROPOLIYA central tower will be 120 metres high. The 11 buildings around the tower will be located on a spiral-line forming single space opening to the east like lotus flower stretching forward the rising sun.

METROPOLIYA master-plan was elaborated by a world-famous major architectural and engineering Japan company NIKKEN SEKKEI. It’s the Company’s first project in Russia. NIKKEN SEKKEI was established in 1900 and for more than 100 years they have projected more than 20 000 of objects. Modern energy-saving technologies, eco-friendly materials, unique ventilation systems and engineering solutions are used on the METROPOLIYA Project.

The volume of investments in the METROPOLIYA Project is estimated at more than 3 billion US dollars. The project’s main consulting company is CB Richard Ellis - the world’s leading real estate development company.
